Urban Metaverse of Babylon, as it would be today, if never abandoned
Preview of a web3 platform for meeting, sharing and enjoying art and and digital content, Babylon arises from the question: how would Babylon be, if it would not have ever been abandoned? We imagine a sort of Rome of the Middle East: a exquisitely caotic and sophisticated metropolis, cultural landmark for the whole World.

3D Historical Reconstruction of the megalithic citadel of Losa, Sardinia.
3D Reconstruction developed in Unreal Engine 4, where all assets and objects were modeled and textured by myself, after the scientific research of the team Nurway of the University of Sassari.
The reconstruction shows a settlement dating back to 3800 years ago, and probably still in use until the Phoenician colonization of Sardinia. A detailed research about the plausible diet and daily life of those ancient Sardinians was necessary in order to reconstruct food, furnitures and objects.

3D Historical Reconstruction of the Roman Froum in Aosta, Northern Italy
The reconstruction was commissioned by the video game industry Digital Tales, and developed after the careful consideration of Francesco Corni‘s graphic illustration of the forum in republican age. The forum, according to roman tradition, was the main monumental piazza of all roman founded settlements. The other building is a Paleocristian church, built in the late centuries of the empire. The reconstructions were developed on Maya, and textured on Blender, in order to be visible from smartphone or oculus. Materials and constructive details are tuned with the building traditions of that age.

The work was developed on Unity3D, with assets modelled, textured, and rigged by myself.
